PROGRAM OUTCOMES HEALTH - To promote healthy body and healthy mind through the use of meditation and yoga HEALTH - To empower participants to understand the benefits of healthy eating and how to incorporate simple recipes and snacks into everyday diets SOCIAL - To encourage discussion and promote confidence through conversation and group exercises. COMMUNITY ACCESS - Accessing local community venues and supermarkets/food markets SAFETY - Practicing and encouraging water safety and road safety HEALTH - Relaxation and meditation designed to reduce stress and anxiety PERSONAL & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT - to encourage participants to develop further empathy and compassion by giving random acts of kindness PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - Encourage conversation and discussion on personal goals and positive goal setting. title
